The Pike Kappa Alpha House Foundation of Melbourne, Inc. is a not-for-profit entity that owns the property used by the Zeta Sigma Chapter of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity at Florida Institute of Technology.  Proceeds to the House Foundation go to the maintenance and repair of the property to provide a living and studying  environment for students.
